The PowerHeater technology is based upon extrusion technology principles. The PowerHeater process is based upon transferring mechanical and thermal energy into a mix/emulsion in order to coagulate the protein and potential sources of carbohydrates. The technology enables vegetable based formulas to be transferred into a very texturized meat-alike product.
